Primary duties include following up on items as requested by the MLO.  Such duties include, but are not limited to, contacting customers who have a loan in process, to provide updates or gather any additional information as needed.  As the LOA becomes more experienced, he/she may also participate in licensed activities such as disclosing, discussing rates and pricing, and/or locking loans on behalf of the MLO. 

 

Note: An LOA may be hired by the Company as a non-licensed LOA, however, the Company strongly encourages and supports that each LOA obtain their MLO license.
