Overview

Direct involvement with new clients to implement and communicate overall servicing expectations and strategies to meet contractual requirements. Role includes introductions to key business unit contacts, presenting PMG (Planet Management Group) and overall servicing operation functioning as a liaison for both clients and internal business units while aligning resources to meet business objectives and contractual obligations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Translate client contractual requirements to process level activities and communicate to business units to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Act as PMG point of contract for specialized contracts such as FDIC, handling billing processes, coordinating desk reviews, delegation of authority tracking, advance reconciliation, title claims, repurchases, etc.
  • Monitor client reporting and develop strategies to improve performance benchmarks, facilitate team discussions with servicing personnel.
  • Function as a liaison for both client and internal business units to provide resolution of client requests.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 4-8-years’ experience in Mortgage Loan servicing management including:  REO, Loss Mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and Collections experience
  • Excellent organization, negotiating and analytical skills
  • High initiative and ability to take reasonable risks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to meet needs of clients
