Overview

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll via the payroll system. Reviews the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks. Other duties as required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and administer timesheet approvals
  • Process garnishments and responsible for sending out EE notifications
  • Data entry into Paychex Flex
  • Preparation of Payroll information
  • Respond to employee inquires and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Required - Associate's degree or its equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience. FCP, CPP preferred but not required
  • Strong Excel Skills
