Overview

The primary purpose of the Lead Generation Specialist is to make outbound calls to existing and new borrowers in an effort to generate Borrower interest in refinancing their existing home loan. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to borrowers to generate leads for refinancing of current and prospective mortgage loans. Transfer to MLO or schedule a callback if interest is generated.
  • Document Lead Management system on specifics of the call and disposition.
  • Schedule follow up calls in Lead Management system if so requested or add Borrower to the drip email campaign.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous telemarketing and/or call center experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates professional and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Well organized and goal oriented
  • Works well with others
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills
