Overview

The IT Coordinator prepares, maintains and provides updates and coordination for all aspects of the IT Steering Committee meetings and working group sessions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists in coordination of IT and Facilities projects as assigned
  • Facilitates project breakout sessions.
  • Prepares, maintains, and enhances all IT Department documentation which must be up-to-date & reflect changes.
  • Network Infrastructure Diagrams & Documentation.
  • IT Device Documentation & Administration.
  • Application installation instructions.
  • Helpdesk articles, technical bulletins.
  • Physical Floor Plans.
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Tracks & Details IT Department invoices – leases, proper cost center designation, audit IT invoice line items
  • Assists in preparing documentation for internal & external audit responses

Position Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Information Technology and/or Facilities
  • Energetic, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking capability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience with analyzing trends, managing schedules, getting status updates from team members, managing meeting minutes, tracking risks and handling issues
  • Produce quality project, agenda and minutes documents
  • Proficiency with MS Office Software
  • 2 years Project Coordination experience
  • 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
